I know it has been a while..but I will really try to make a concerted effort to post more. My birthday has come and gone..and well I dont feel all that much different. I had a great time on Lake Sacandaga with Duncan, Dee and Will. I will post some photos and links to cool places we visited. I cant wait until the 21...I leave for a relaxing week in Myrtle Beach with my mom and family. But before that, I start shooting a short indie on Monday...this monday. It is called "Joel" and its about a disturbed, lonely man who goes on a killing spree prompted by a killer clown whom he hears talking to him. In the film I play a young woman in a bar who picks him up and then charges him for sex. Needless to say...I end up shoved in a closet...yipeee I cant wait. I will take photos on the set and tell you all about it. Today, Sat is 2nd Sat in Beacon..so I will venture out and see whats going on in my humble little city on the Hudson. sayonara for now..and much love..Zoe

What a wonderful sunny weekend. Spent yesterday at the Storm King Art Center..and it was so beautiful. It is an outside sculpture garden with modern sculpture over 500 acres. There is even a tram that takes you on tours..check it out..for a fun day in the Hudson Valley :Storm King Art Center

Today was spent updating my resume and cover letter for mailings , emailing..and cleaning the house. Where do all the magazines, books and newspapers come from?

On Thursday..had wonderful reading for a new film..the title is still under construction..suffice it to say it involves vampires, monasteries and other gothic wonderments..yipeee! I will know soon the update for that project. If you havent checked out the scream queen site..do so.they need props!! Just finished watching my weekly recordings of the reality shows on..and just love watching the simple life 2 ..what fun they must have had filming it.

As for things on the homefront..all is well..taking the summer off to regroup..figure out where I want to take my career...work out..hike, mountain climb, plant a garden, swim and have some travel adventures. Hello,
Again..i fail in my duties of keeping this up..but being too busy is a good thing right. The weather has been so nice up to this point..so I have been outside every chance i get. I am inside on this dreary day..waiting for the air conditioning man to check and make sure all goes well before it gets too hot.
This weekend was amazing...Sat spent the day on an extraordinary hike in Pawling/Poughquag. A hidden lake in the woods..and so much fun. Quiet, tranquil and just the right temp. After we explored Pawling and even found a homemade ice cream place that makes sugar/fat free so I could have some!

Fri, I visited the dietician and she sent me on the right track..so carbs are back in my diet and all should be well as long as I keep up the exercise.

We rented "Spider" Cronenberg's latest effort and it is weird to say the least. Also have a few more great flicks and watched Buffy this morning over breakfast. Have errands to run and then work out and fun stuff. Here are a few links that I have been meaning to add lately. I am so sorry that I have been slacking but its all this damn sunshine (wink).Z

Hello,
I know...Ive been naughty and not been keeping this up..but I have some good excuses...super busy woman this week!! I took the weekend easy ..and though we attempted to climb Breakneck Ridge today..I realized my hiking boots were too small and had to wear sneakers so no go. Instead..pumped up the tires on my old bike and it was like new..ready for a ride and what a beautiful day it was..out by the mountain.
After a frustrating past three weeks on the south beach..I have only lost 3-4 lbs and have stuck to it to the tee. Today, I decided to modify more to the Weight Watchers standard..(in which I know I can lose lots of weight) and add back some carbs and fruit. I shall see.
Tomorrow , I have a shoot for a new tv show on ESPN..and thats all I know...I will take photos and let you in on the details after tomorrow..but I cant wait.
Also , there is a rumor that Kottentail...a horror movie I cameoed in..was in a recent film festival..though I dont know the details. Hopefully, I will get a copy soon and see for myself!

Good afternoon and Happy Easter..if you celebrate that kind of thing. The Easter Bunny visited me this am with non-caloric presents so I can make glitter hardboiled eggs and burn pastel candles all week. The weekend was relaxing and I dared to step on the scale this am..I am down a few pounds though not the 8-13 that the diet promised in the book. But then again, I am not obese either and that is who it caters too. The sun is shining and yesterday was 2nd Sat so we took the dogs out and about. They loved it. Today they had baths and are squeaky clean. I updated my ebay auctions and caught up with the reality tapes.
The Bachelor got cut off so I only saw the first half and cant believe Jesse lives in Hoboken, my old haunt.
Nothing much else..have an audition for ESPN this week and am shooting a vignette for Lee Sobel's new film project on Friday , so I will venture out to Brooklyn. Off to catch up my netflix and do my daily situps...:) C-Ya. Zoe

Ebay, shmebay...so i thought id clean out my closets and the extra room and place everything on ebay..but whohoooo not much is selling and i mean I am selling it cheap...I guess its not enough of a bargain for those in nomansland ..ill keep relisting or have a garage sale dammit! I watched "Camp " last night. Was cute..nothing id watch again. Oh and Bad Taste..that was funny..I have Highway and Startup.com from Netflix and many more on cd including the girl next door..that i have had for a few weeks now..:) Tomorrow back to work and the sun..this diet is driving me crazy..but phase 2 is looming and then i can have fruit in the morning instead of eggs...yipeeee..:) Z

So..if you know me at all then you know that I am hopelessy obsessed with reality shows. All reality shows..good, bad , indifferent. I havent missed many. Usually, I place my bets on the "winner" of each show..but sometimes I dont care one iota. Here is my rundown for the shows that I watch:

Adam Returns - I really didnt care who he picked..but I knew he wasnt going to pick a blonde..he picked them off one at a time from the beginning.

Fear Factor:
i get off on watching bimbo girls with fake boobs eat bugs ..what can I say...NOT!!!! I just love the crazy stunts.

American Idol:
I picked Kelly and Clay..but this year I dont know whats going on really..I dont care much for the men..except for George Huff...and I love Jasmine..I want her to win..I think she will make the top 3.

Survivor: I still would love to see Rupert win...didnt i say that already once..damn deja vu..but for real..I think Boston Rob might ..if he can keep Amber roped in.

Forever Eden:
Ok this show is stupid..and catty..but I love watching them fight over nothing..and i love all the pink dresses (thats the girliness in me coming out.

I am anticipating the next Bachelor and am holding my breath for the Amazing Race (my favorite)..but thats all for now..isnt it enough/?

Hello and Happy Spring. A new season. A new woman. So what is new? I closed down my journal..but have no fear..this will be a better format. And you can even post comments. And ask questions. And such. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. How silly. But for real. Had a fit yesterday because I am trying to follow by wrote this stupid South Beach diet and not enough pounds were gone. But I guess I just have to "wait and see" and be patient. ah ..patience that i do not have. Saw "Bad Taste" tonight. Silly. But loved that Jackson was in it. Such a funny role too. I love B horror movies..the effects were great. Any comments? Has anyone even seen that film? The Sopranos was wonderful. I love Adriana's role so much..she really has evolved from the last few seasons into a fragile , 3 dimensional woman. I give kudos to the writers for where they are taking her. What else is new/? I am reading Sophie Kinsella's "Can you keep a secret" Love those brit girly writers..what do they call it chick lit? Too many pistachios tonight..I am so salty This is fun and just may be addicting..we will have to see...much love..Z My site..visit it often
